Our Experience
We were so confident. “Let’s do this for the view,” we said. “It’ll be chill,” we thought.
Boy, were we wrong! The moment we settled into our cart at the top of the mountain, we knew we were in for something special. The initial climb up the mountain via the automatic lift system builds anticipation as you’re treated to panoramic views of the surrounding Georgian Bay area and the picturesque Collingwood region.
Cue: The coaster launching us into a wild ride through trees, turns, and steep drops and it. was. intense. The first major drop caught us completely off guard — what started as a gentle descent quickly became a heart-pounding plunge through the forest canopy. The sensation of racing through the trees at breakneck speed while maintaining complete control (or the illusion of it) is absolutely exhilarating.
The track’s design is ingenious, incorporating natural features like rock outcroppings and dense forest sections that make you feel like you’re part of the landscape rather than just passing through it. There are moments where you’ll find yourself holding your breath as you navigate tight curves with stunning drop-offs on one side and towering trees on the other.
